FRESA FIZZ
2 oz El Rey Strawberry Silver Tequila
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Add all ingredients except egg white to a shaking tin and then add ice. Shake well and discard the ice, add the egg white and shake well. Double strain into a highball glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a strawberry.
