Spicy Paloma

1–2 jalapeño slices
Kosher salt
1 grapefruit wedge
2 oz cup fresh grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
2 oz El Rey Silver Tequila
2 oz club soda

Muddle jalapeño and sugar together and set aside. Pour some kosher salt on a plate. Rub half of rim of a glass with the grapefruit wedge and dip the rim of the glass in the salt. Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and jalapeño sugar in glass and stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in Tequila, add ice, and top off with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
