Queen's Kiss

1 ½ oz El Rey Silver Tequila
3/4 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Honey syrup (equal parts honey & water)
1 Egg white
1 dash Lavender Bitters
Edible flower for garnish


Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again to emulsify thoroughly. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with an edible flower.
