1 oz El Rey Añejo Tequila
1 oz oloroso or another dry sherry
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
1 slice orange zest
Add the tequila, sherry, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a tall shot glass. Dip the orange zest in agave nectar and then in turbinado sugar. Flame the zest over the glass to release its oils and rub along the rim.
